Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Rich Lyon - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Bonus based on performance

Flexible schedule

Health insurance

Training & development

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.

Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Denver, NC.

I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.

Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
