We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Contract Team. This is a 360-recruitment role with responsibility for developing client relationships, managing search assignments, and delivering exceptional talent solutions across the legal market. Depending on your experience and expertise, you may focus on law firm and in-house legal recruitment, financial services legal recruitment, or a combination of both.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through placement and consultant management.
Build and maintain relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals across the contract market.
Win new contract and interim assignments while growing existing client partnerships.
Recruit for a variety of contract legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals, compliance specialists, and legal support staff.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contract legal talent.
Provide clients and candidates with market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring advice.
5-8+ years of successful experience in agency recruitment, staffing, or executive search.
Experience recruiting within legal, professional services, accounting & finance, healthcare, technology, or another contract staffing environment.
Demonstrated success in a 360 recruitment role , including business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
Experience placing contract, interim, temporary, or contract-to-hire professionals is highly preferred.
Strong relationship-building, networking, and consultative sales skills.
Passionate about building long-term client and consultant relationships.
