Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Per Diem | Hourly | Flexible Scheduling

Tools That Work: Access Applied ABC's proprietary clinical platform, ATrack, built specifically for streamlined treatment planning, data collection, and documentation

As a Per Diem BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming

Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs

Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress

Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes

Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Current 8-hour supervision certificate

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required

Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

An assigned Case Manager to assist with case support and administrative needs

A specialized Clinical Support team to guide you through onboarding, help new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provide ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more

Access to ATrack, Applied ABC's proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation
