Senior Strategist (Full-Time)

Owning the strategic vision for social media, the full-time Senior Social Strategist will define and execute content strategies across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while cultivating community engagement and leveraging performance insights in a flexible or remote work environment.
Define and develop the strategic vision and content architecture for ServiceNow's social media presence across various platforms
Activate and cultivate community engagement through user-generated content and culturally relevant campaigns
Leverage performance data and audience insights to refine strategies and optimize content for engagement and reach
10+ years of experience in social and content strategy, with a proven track record in building differentiated strategies
Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Proven strategic leadership in defining content architecture and audience strategy for brand channels
Strong brief-writing and strategic communication skills, capable of distilling complex challenges into actionable narratives
Data literacy and analytical skills to define KPIs and translate performance insights into strategic decisions
