Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid state medical license to practice in Texas
Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and labor management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Experience in high-risk obstetrics or maternal-fetal medicine
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Bilingual skills to better serve diverse patient populations
Participation in quality improvement initiatives
Minimum 3 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, including hospital-based obstetric care
Prior locum or temporary physician experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Texas medical license
