Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques. \Facilitate remote therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment. \Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary. \Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and coordinate services for clients as needed. \Utilize communication tools such as secure messaging and therapeutic resources, including digital journals and goal tracking, to enhance patient engagement. \Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the clinic. \Your expertise will guide individuals experiencing emotional distress due to various factors, and you will work to foster resilience and well-being.
