This is a true 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through candidate placement. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and partnering with companies to help them hire top talent across highly specialized markets.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position that combines sales, business development, relationship management, recruiting, negotiation, & market intelligence. I am hiring for our Direct Hire/Executive Search teams.
Training & Development
No prior recruiting experience is necessary. Structured onboarding and recruitment training.
Hands-on coaching in business development, negotiation, and recruiting strategy.
