At AD Mortgage, we don’t just hire Underwriters; We are looking for sharp, analytical minds ready to dive into our intensive Underwriting Training Course. You’ll learn the intricacies of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and emerge as a Subject Matter Expert in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities The Learning Curve: Master the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rulebooks through our specialized training program.
The Puzzle: Analyze loan applications, credit reports, and appraisals to ensure every file tells a clear, compliant story.
The Guardrail: Use tools like LexisNexis and MERS to hunt for risks and prevent fraud before it happens.
Identify \"outside the box\" solutions to rework loans and find a path to \"Yes\" while maintaining quality standards.
Working Conditions This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI office.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
