Warehouse Person-Full Time

Join the Buttery Company, a 131-year-old family-owned business with a long and rich history of operating as a leading supplier of farm and ranch, plumbing, hardware, electrical, lumber & building materials. We operate across both wholesale and retail channels with our primary customers being retail hardware, feed & lumber dealers, farm & ranch/pet/auto parts stores, co-ops, and plumbing/electrical/well service contractors throughout Texas, southern Oklahoma, and eastern New Mexico.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team . This full-time role offers full exposure to our wholesale distribution operation and puts you in the driver’s seat of helping get products into the hands of our valued customers.
Utilize forklift to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking
Stocking: Use RF Scanner to resupply bins and maintain inventory in preparation for order filling
Order Filling: Use RF Scanner to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders
Shipping: Operate forklift or pallet jack to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers
Help maintain cleanliness, neatness and safety of warehouse
Follow all company policies and procedures as specified in the Employee Handbook
High School diploma or G.Safety conscious and a champion in promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role
