Eyas Landing – Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based BCBA/LBA to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing – Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6‑14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school‑based, team‑driven program that supports every student's growth.

As a clinic‑based BCBA/LBA at Eyas Landing – Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

Providing caregiver coaching and support

Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions

7,500 sign‑on bonus
