Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse - Monroe, LA | Night Shift

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60
Pay Package: Competitive pay, weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:4
Respond effectively to emergency situations, including potential emergency team assignments
Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Assist with holiday coverage when needed and work every other weekend
Adhere to hospital policies and uphold safety standards
What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
Epic experience
Preferred:
TNCC certification
Availability for holiday shifts (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
