Associate Managing Counsel
ZS
Associate Counsel to join our Americas legal team in our Chicago (IL) office. The legal team reviews contracts, advises the firm on matters of legal consequence, and proactively assesses and manages the firm’s risk exposure. They also stay abreast of legal developments impacting the firm globally.
Review, revise, and negotiate client agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, software licensing agreements, data access agreements, data processing agreements, etc.
Respond to legal queries for client Request for Proposals (RFP/RFIs).
Help to manage overall contracting processes.
Provide legal support to business functions and across various client practice areas.
Law degree with strong academic background.
1-3 years of relevant work experience; international legal experience and foreign language competencies preferred.
Motivation, personal initiative, and strong team/interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge and prior experience with contract management tools.
Fluency in English.
