Corporate Associate Attorney

Aronberg Goldgehn’s Business Law and Transactions group has an immediate need for a corporate associate.The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience (preferably in big law or a setting that provides functionally equivalent training) and should have a solid understanding of structural and corporate issues related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity selection and formation and general corporate matters.Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a desire to have significant responsibility on projects.
