The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of a growing Recruiting team, playing an integral role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and staff of all levels to coordinate, schedule, track, and communicate with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle.
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in contributing to the team's success by delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a recruiting or professional services environment and is motivated by the opportunity to take ownership and further develop their skills within a collaborative and evolving team. This is a hybrid (in-office and remote) position based in Washington, DC.
Manage and own all aspects of interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple interviews, stakeholders, and complex logistics while balancing a high volume of moving parts.
Support recruiters by editing and refining job descriptions and postings, ensuring consistency across materials; submit job requisitions in Workday for approval; and manage the posting and un-posting of roles in Workday under recruiter guidance.
Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Ensure that candidate records and statuses are up to date in ATS (Workday) and in tracking spreadsheets.
Support recruiters with administrative side projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field of study.
Minimum two (2) years of recruiting coordinator experience; Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex concepts, processes, and team structures.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; Workday or Jobvite experience preferred.
