Production Laborer - Night Shift, Weekly Pay

Job Title: General Production Worker
We are looking for dedicated general production workers to join our team in the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. This position offers both day and night shifts, with the flexibility of working 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on gold and blue shifts. The work schedule includes a rotation of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 2 days off, requiring availability every other weekend.
Engage in packaging tasks and ensure proper handling of products.
Move parts and boxes throughout the facility.
Assist in assembly processes as needed.
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
Experience in machine operation and general production.

The work environment involves extensive walking between buildings and throughout the plant. The department is a clean room, requiring employees to wear garb and beard nets if applicable. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Matteson, IL.
