Fuze HR, is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our thriving team in Bentonville, AR! As a Dispatcher, you will monitor Technicians logs and available hours to ensure they can make on time their routes. Responsibilities:
Create job orders and route scheduling
Dispatch Technicians
Ensure accurate billing
Serve as liaison between clients and Technicians
Communicate scheduling information and changes to Technicians and customers
Perform administrative tasks
Skills and qualifications:
Able to provide quality customer service
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Familiar with Kauai streets and geography
Excellent time management
