Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate care outcomes

Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment

Uphold patient rights and confidentiality

Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Valid RN license, maintained in the state or compact licensure

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and twist

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit

Preferred Certifications:

ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials.
