Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/hr + Shift Differential
We are a premier precision manufacturing partner specializing in high-growth, mission-critical industries including medical technology and robotics. We provide end-to-end engineering and manufacturing solutions for global OEMs. This is an entry-to-mid-level CNC machining role focused on producing high-quality precision components in a cost-efficient, collaborative environment.
Setup & Operation: Set up and run 3-axis CNC vertical mills and/or 2-axis lathes.
Quality Control: Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts using standard metrology tools to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
Accurately log time and job status within the company ERP system and provide clear written status reports for shift handovers.
Secondary Ops: Perform 2nd operation steps, such as hardware installation, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of machining experience, with at least one year focused specifically on CNC equipment.
Functional familiarity with at least one major CNC control (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak).
Strong understanding of basic machining knowledge, including feeds/speeds, material properties, and tooling types.
Inspection: Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gages, pin gages, and thread gages.
