RN Hospital - Dialysis ICU

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the MICU unit at a full-service hospital. The role involves providing high-quality critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Administer and monitor patient care in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.

• Perform advanced ICU procedures including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, and intubations.
• Utilize all ICU equipment such as ventilators, GE cardiac output monitors, and NXStage dialysis systems.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using the Meditech system accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow hospital policies on patient safety, infection control, and dress code standards.

Hold an active RN license in Texas; temporary licenses are not accepted.

• Possess at least 2 years of hospital ICU experience, preferably in MICU or MSICU.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills in ICU procedures and patient management.
• Maintain neat appearance with compliance to dress code policies.
