Hospital ICU RN - Travel Nursing

Registered Nurse - ICU (Neuro ICU/IMCU) travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Weekly pay range: $Shift: Day. Work setting: hospital-based ICU/IMCU with potential float to a step-down unit as needed. This Neuro-focused role features ICU ratios of 1:2 and step-down ratios of 3:4.
Weekly pay: $2,137-$2,243 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: Day
• Hospital-based Neuro ICU/IMCU with float between ICU and step-down
• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU and IMCU, with emphasis on neuro assessment and monitoring
• Perform frequent neuro checks, monitor parameters, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Manage IV lines, drains, tubes, and hemodynamic supports as appropriate to unit standards
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols; document care accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care; Float between ICU and step-down units as needed, while maintaining high safety and quality care

Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU/IMCU or equivalent critical care setting

• Active RN license and eligibility to practice in the assignment state
• Strong neuro-focused clinical skills and critical thinking; Demonstrated ability to work in a high-acuity ICU/step-down environment with patient ratios described above
