Responsibilities
- Provide direct emergency department nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
- Perform triage, continuous patient assessment, and rapid response to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocol
- Monitor vital signs, use advanced monitoring equipment, and assist with high-acuity cases and trauma as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and the ED team; document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to evidence-based practices throughout the shift

Requirements
- Must have 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- TNCC and ENPC preferred
- Credentialing may be in process and conditional compliance is allowed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER within a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
