Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU and IMCU, with emphasis on neuro assessment and monitoring
- Perform frequent neuro checks, monitor parameters, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Manage IV lines, drains, tubes, and hemodynamic supports as appropriate to unit standards
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols; document care accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care; support safe patient flow and transfers
- Float between ICU and step-down units as needed, while maintaining high safety and quality care

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU/IMCU or equivalent critical care setting
- Active RN license and eligibility to practice in the assignment state
- Strong neuro-focused clinical skills and critical thinking; ability to perform ongoing assessments and respond to changes
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-acuity ICU/step-down environment with patient ratios described above
- Completion of candidate profile with no gaps greater than 60 days, Skills Checklist, References, Certification Card, and Nursys License Verification; load all demographic information into profile (badge photo required)
