Head of Programme Management

Owning and evolving Zoom's Services Partner Program, the full-time Global Program Manager will drive strategic updates, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage and enhance the Services Partner Program to ensure competitiveness and scalability
Identify gaps and implement improvements based on program performance and partner needs
Develop executive-ready reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions and monitor program health
Required qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in a channel or alliance capacity with partners
3+ years of experience in building or managing partner programs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to influence change across teams
Experience in Professional Services sales, consulting, or delivery is a plus
