Paralegal Full-time Position

Sharpe Law Group, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional full-time paralegal to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our attorneys while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every step. The ideal candidate for Sharpe Law Group is organized, personable, resourceful, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client meetings with attorneys
Assist with gathering client information
Draft court petitions and hearing documents for attorney review
Prepare client correspondence for attorney review
Assist in identifying and valuing estate and/or trust assets, as well as helping with the management of assets during the estate and/or trust administration process
Communicate closely with court staff, clients, and their advisors with professionalism and discretion
Manage and monitor court filings, deadlines, policies, and procedures
Conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications
Experience in legal field, probate, or trust administration preferred
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment required
Business dress daily for client-facing meetings required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
