Supply Chain management / Buyer / Procurement

Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFQs and RFPs.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories and projects.

Evaluate supplier proposals and perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses.

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.

Support contract development and collaborate with Legal and Finance teams.

Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including lead time, capacity, and logistics challenges.

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams.

Provide market intelligence and supplier insights to support business decisions.

Support commercial strategies related to supplier allocation, inventory positioning, and cost optimization.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in category management within the utility, manufacturing, or construction industries.

Experience negotiating supplier contracts and driving sourcing strategies.

Knowledge of supplier performance management and risk mitigation.

Ability to develop and improve procurement and category management processes.
