Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Sky Chefs is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily inflight catering operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee production, warehousing, and dispatch to ensure meals and onboard services are delivered safely, on time, and to airline specifications. Responsibilities include managing staffing and schedules, enforcing strict food safety and aviation standards, and optimizing processes for quality and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with logistics, culinary, and customer service teams, track KPIs, support a safety-first culture, and develop frontline staff while maintaining strong relationships with airline clients.
