Travel ICU RN Job Details
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470–$2,600

Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract

Shift: 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, typically 7:00 a.m.–Rotation: Day and night assignments rotate in approximately four-week blocks

Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend is required; day-shift weekends are Saturday and Sunday, while night-shift weekends are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

ICU Registered Nurse Job Requirements
At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care registered nursing experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Massachusetts

Ability to successfully complete required day-one testing

Willingness to float in four-hour blocks to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed

Critical Care Nursing Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU float pool environment

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapy, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units when assigned

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care during transitions between units

Adapt effectively to rotating shifts, changing assignments, and the needs of a busy acute-care setting
