Financial Management & Comptroller

We are seeking a Project Controller to support project teams with financial and cost controls on active construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and executive leadership to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked inside a general contracting environment and understands how construction costs, schedules, change orders, and field operations interact in real time.
Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow tracking
Track commitments, subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and cost projections
Partner with Project Managers to identify cost risks and opportunities
Monitor job cost performance and support schedule-related cost analysis
Assist with project closeout, final cost reporting, and documentation
Required Experience Experience working for a General Contractor
Understanding of building construction projects and job-cost accounting within a GC environment
