Job Description
Job Description Law Office of Orlando R. Rodriguez, Newton NJ. Bilingual practice serving the Hispanic community across criminal defense, immigration, real estate, business and estate planning, entertainment law, and intellectual property. We're growing and we need someone who can own a file.
The job: You'll work directly with the supervising attorney across multiple practice areas — drafting documents, managing cases, handling NJ eCourts filings, and keeping matters moving. This is a hands-on role in a firm where you'll learn fast and touch real work across a broad range of legal matters.
What we need:
Fluent Spanish and English — hard requirement
Some paralegal experience — amount matters less than quality
Exposure to drafting motions, contracts, or legal documents
NJ eCourts
Clio or similar case management experience is a plus
Eager to grow, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
