This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven attorney to work alongside a highly regarded group handling sophisticated bankruptcy and insolvency matters across the region.About the RoleThe ideal candidate is an attorney with 2 to 9 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditor's rights, or related insolvency work. This attorney will have the opportunity to represent a diverse client base including secured and unsecured lenders, creditors' committees, debtors, and trustees in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as bankruptcy-related litigation. The role also involves out-of-court workouts, receiverships, business restructuring, and representation of purchasers of distressed assets — with a strong presence in the energy sector.What You Will DoAs an associate attorney on this team, you will handle all aspects of the debtor/creditor relationship both inside and outside of bankruptcy.
