Partnership Manager
Location: Remote (Massachusetts-based preferred)
Reports to: Head of Partnerships & Client Success
Role Overview The Partnership Manager is responsible for owning and growing relationships with healthcare organizations and partners. This role manages the full lifecycle of partnerships—from onboarding through ongoing engagement, reporting, and expansion.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring a strong experience while also identifying opportunities to deepen and expand engagement.
You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships & Client Success and collaborate with the Program Experience team to ensure successful delivery of GPS programs.
Partnership Ownership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partner organizations.
Coordinate with the Program Experience team to ensure high-quality delivery.
Expansion & Growth Identify opportunities to expand partnerships within organizations (additional groups, trainings, departments).
Track and document partner activity, outcomes, and feedback.
CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
Document all interactions, next steps, and partnership status.
Ensure every account has a clear plan and upcoming actions.
Clear evidence of partnership growth and expansion within organizations.
Well-maintained CRM records with clear next steps for every account.
Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or related roles.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Familiarity with training programs, workforce development, or group-based services.
