We are seeking a compassionate and organized Lead Receptionist to join our team at Aventura at Humility House in Youngstown, Ohio. As a vital member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall comfort and well-being of our community. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be responsible for [including the following responsibilities in bullet points]:
- Greeting and welcoming residents, families, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, such as visitor logs and resident information
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, medical records, and other administrative tasks
- Providing support to other staff members as needed, such as escorting residents to appointments or delivering mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting room, and adjacent areas
- Ensuring that all visitors and residents are aware of and comply with our community's policies and procedures
