We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide
behavioral health and supportive care services in Douglas, Arizona. This is an excellent

Compensation:92,000-115,000
Position Highlights
Provide
behavioral health assessments, counseling, and therapeutic services
Work
collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Support
patients and families through treatment, education, and care coordination
Responsibilities
Conduct
comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments
Provide
individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate
Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist
patients in identifying and accessing appropriate community resources
Provide
crisis intervention and supportive counseling when needed
Collaborate
with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other members of
the care team
Coordinate
referrals and follow-up care
Maintain
accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide
education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
Master’s
degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)license
Active Arizona license required or
eligibility to obtain licensure
