Nursing - Travel Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Telemetry RN to provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill adult patients on telemetry units nationwide. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols.
