Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions, communicate lessons-learnt
Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl. Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement
Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 3+ years in Quality or Supplier Management Experience in ISO 9001, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
Experience in auditing, SCMS, supplier onboarding, and complaint resolution
Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and statistical data review
ERP/SAP user experience and willingness to travel; FMCG or Automotive experience is a plus

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $95,000.00 This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
