Our client is a contemporary specialist medical practice based in Concord, providing services across adult and paediatric care. The clinic is known for delivering high-quality patient care through a team of experienced specialists and healthcare professionals. The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk and administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers.
Greeting and assisting patients in person, over the phone, and via email
Communicating with hospitals and referring medical professionals
Processing patient payments and Medicare/Eclipse billing
Supporting sterilisation procedures with onsite training provided
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
Medical reception experience (advantageous)
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn cloud-based systems
In-House Training Provided on the Systems & Processes
