Banking Associate Attorney

Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Wheat Ridge, CO. The firm specializes in providing legal services to the mortgage banking industry, focusing on foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and related matters.
Responsibilities Represent lenders in real property foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy cases.
Review and interpret changes to statutes and case law.
Attend court hearings and trials.
Provide legal guidance and support to clients.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Bar admission in Colorado.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
