Work Environment This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Gainesville, Florida. The clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies that aid in delivering effective treatment modalities, including manual therapy and tailored exercise regimens. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside other healthcare professionals, ensuring that your patients receive comprehensive care.

Utilize cost-effective therapies to enhance patient mobility and range of motion, emphasizing non-surgical interventions.

Design customized fitness and wellness programs to improve patients' overall physical condition and well-being.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and other relevant specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary while documenting all services provided accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients include a diverse range of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and mobility impairments. Your personalized approach will be critical in building trust and achieving successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications Accredited Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).

Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist without any record of board or disciplinary actions.

Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in creating exercise programs.

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT is preferred.

A track record of administering effective patient-centered therapies that emphasize autonomy and functional improvement.
