Quality Engineering Senior

I'm working with a rapidly growing medical device company developing groundbreaking therapeutic technology and they're looking to add a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to their team.

This is a highly visible role supporting a global supplier network and partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality leadership. The individual will play a key role in ensuring supplier performance, driving quality improvements, and supporting the scale-up of a cutting-edge medical device platform.

Lead supplier audits, qualifications, and performance management activities

Evaluate supplier changes and ensure compliance with quality requirements

Partner with suppliers to improve quality, reliability, and manufacturing processes

Support risk management and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex quality issues

5+ years of Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering experience

Medical device, aerospace, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of supplier audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and supplier development

Compensation: $110K-$140K base + bonus + equity
