Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental challenges? Hawai'i Behavioral Health is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team across the state.
Job Type: Part-Time

As a BCBA with HBH, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities. Deliver meaningful services through partnerships with:

Private insurance providers
Developmental Disabilities Division
Accurately document therapy sessions in the medical record in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with community agencies and external resources to support client outcomes.
Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Certified BCBA in good standing
Proven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions that support best practices and high-quality care.
