Hematology Oncology Thoracic Head and Neck Oncology

UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner for the people of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is seeking a passionate and skilled Thoracic Oncologist to join our Division of Hematology/Oncology within the UMass Memorial Medical Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine academic practice with high-quality community-based cancer care across a network of well-established practices.

Join a vibrant and growing Division of Hematology/Oncology, which includes:

28 Board-Certified Physicians and 31 Advanced Practice Providers

Access to state-of-the-arte clinical and research facilities

Affiliation with the UMass Chan Medical School, a nationally ranked academic institution

Clinic schedule: Protected administrative time: 1 day per week

Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Practice sites may include Worcester and either Leominster or Marlborough

Academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School, commensurate with experience

Opportunities for involvement in teaching, clinical research, quality improvement, community outreach, and leadership

Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology

MD or DO degree and eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure

Interest in academic medicine, including teaching and clinical research

Academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School (rank based on experience)

Employer-funded retirement contributions of 8% of base salary with additional retirement plan options
