Deliver ExceptionalWhole-Person Care. We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physicianto join our growing, team-based primary care practice in Tacoma, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionateabout preventive medicine, relationship-based care, and improving patientoutcomes through a collaborative, value-based care model.
Position Highlights:
Manageable patient volume of10-15 patients per day
Extended appointment times(20-60 minutes)
Collaborative, team-basedcare model

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
Completion of an accreditedFamily Medicine Residency (Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicineconsidered)
Current Board Certificationthrough ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
Minimum of 3 years ofprimary care experience
Current, unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA registration
Documentation of a negativeTB test within 12 months prior to start date
Experience practicing in ateam-based care environment
Experience with electronicmedical records preferred
Knowledge of medical codingand documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding
Proficiency with GoogleWorkspace
