Wage/Salary Range: $24.84 per hr.
Applicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.
Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers.
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, skill set, and availability.
Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.
Communicate service updates, arrival times, and work status to customers.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, service calls, and customer interactions.
Coordinate emergency and after-hours service requests when required.
Track completion of service jobs and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with invoicing, parts ordering, and administrative support as needed.
Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages,
Rout materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
This worker may operate hand power trucks in performing warehousing duties or operating forklift.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: High School Diploma
Level of Experience Requirements: 2-5 years’ experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Knowledge of Maximo, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply new knowledge effectively.
Preferred Basic knowledge of government contracts
Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.
