Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-upCollaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, including effective discharge planning
Drive quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance
Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
~ Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
