Development Instructor

EL1 Instructors are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced skill levels. Instructors will lead and support a variety of instructional programs, fostering athlete development both on and off the field while contributing to a positive, team-oriented training environment.

Perform skill-specific instruction in our facilities and at fields in and around the community

Foster meaningful relationships with players, parents and coaches in the community

Assist in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment for training programs and events

Verifiable Baseball playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level

Strong organizational and communication skillsPhysical ability to set up, breakdown, and move equipment

Team training, clinics, camps/events $25-40/hr

The company covers airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, and hourly pay
