Credit Finance Attorney

A leading global law firm is seeking a Associates (up to counsel level) (2+ years of experience) to join its rapidly expanding Finance practice in New York .
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded finance team that advises some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions, asset managers, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex financing transactions and credit arrangements and will be eager to take on significant responsibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of finance experience at a major law firm
Experience with complex lending transactions and credit facilities
Admission to the New York Bar and good standing
Strong academic credentials
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
The successful candidate will join a premier platform known for:
