Server Responsibilities

Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive manner

Engage with guests in a friendly manner

Greet guests as they enter the restaurant

Knowledge of the menu, alcohol, and wine with the ability to make suggestions

Take immediate action to correct any problems that may occur

Collect payments from tables

Operate order submission and payments through POS software

Follow the company's Steps of Service at all times

Server Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Able to handle money accurately

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner

Ability to work well with others

Knowledge of wine and wine pairing with dishes on the menu

Knowledge of common cocktails

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform

Willing to engage in further education and evolve
