Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing and should have directly relevant commercial real estate transactional experience.

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, lease amendments, and related transaction documents
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, leasing, asset management, joint ventures, and finance-related real estate matters
Support complex office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and portfolio real estate transactions
Work closely with attorneys across the firm to move sophisticated deals forward efficiently and strategically
Serve clients through the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
4+ years of relevant commercial real estate legal experience preferred
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, or finance matters
Focused commercial real estate practice with sophisticated, meaningful deal work
Boutique environment with direct attorney collaboration and high visibility
Hybrid flexibility in a strong Atlanta legal market
