Restaurant amp; Event Server

Located on beautiful Lake Martin, our premier country club

offers exceptional hospitality, a newly renovated golf course, and an

unforgettable experience for members and guests. We are seeking friendly,

service-driven Dining Room Servers to join our team. This is a multi-area role,

meaning team members may be scheduled in our dining outlets, member events,

banquets, and special functions as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and welcoming

experience for members and guests.

Deliver attentive, professional

service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and club events.

Accurately take food and beverage

orders and ensure timely service.

Maintain knowledge of menu

offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections to answer questions and

make recommendations.

Accommodate member preferences,

dietary restrictions, and special requests.

Clear, reset, and maintain dining

tables and service areas to club standards.

Assist with banquet and event

service as needed.

Work collaboratively with fellow

team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest

experience.

Keep work areas clean, organized,

and well-stocked.

Follow all sanitation, safety, and

service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by

management.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience

preferred; club, resort, or fine dining experience is a plus.

Friendly, professional, and

guest-focused attitude.

Strong communication and

interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and uphold club

service standards.

Flexible availability, including

evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 18 years of age and

legally authorized to work in the United States.

Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for

extended periods.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors

in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and

other seasonal elements.

Ability to bend, twist, reach,

stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
