You will be working in a modern, full-service small animal environment dedicated to advanced care. We focus on providing detailed Wellness and Prevention services, advanced Testing and Diagnostics, and specialized Surgical Procedures. Our team manages a stimulating caseload by providing critical Urgent Care and Emergency services seven days a week, offering immediate support to the local New Orleans area and expanding your opportunity to manage diverse and demanding medical challenges. Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.

Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.

A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.

Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
